This poor tree happens to live where the bike trail and the middle school nearest our house meet… do you think perhaps they have a ‘no gum’ policy on campus?
Actually, what if the tree feels somehow cool, like a tree with a belly button ring, or tatoos? I hope so. 🙂
I was wondering what that was. I think it’s pretty. Wouldn’t it be funny if the tree came alive like in the wizard of oz and stuck gum on some poor kid? haha

That’s gross, but cool looking at the same time!

Yup, it looks really cool as long as you don’t think too hard about what is on the tree!

The tree looks healthy enough. Maybe it likes gum. Very colourful and springy looking.

Clever, J! I was taken back to Kindergarten for that reference.

That’s pretty strange, but memorable!

Okay, thanks to you I’ve been singing that song all day… I’ll have to teach it to Snowflake.

Oh the poor tree. You know in China they outlawed chewing gum, because people where spitting gum everywhere and it was just a mess.

Merry merry king of the bush is he . . .
I loved that song as a kid and my kids loved it just as much, a classic.

Artsy, sticky, and making me feel sorry for that poor tree!

It’s amazing how far up little kids can climb. Look at that height!
The previous gums probably helped with the climbing too. LOL
