Thanks Nance! I have so much trouble growing things in our back yard, for a variety of reasons. Last year I bought this little hanging planter basket, and lined it with the rattan grass or whatever it’s called that they sell at the nursery. George Bush, our resident evil squirrel, pulled it out to make a nest for his (her?) kittens, and it looked horrible. Thankfully, it seems to look fine with just the pots in there, and no other embellishments. Sorry, G.W., not this year.
Ally, I know, funny how the flowers are all white, and then there is that one little pink one in there. I like to think of it singing, “I gotta be me!”
Thank you Martha! I noticed yesterday that the roses were drooping a bit (not the day I took this picture), so I assume they needed water…which means they are going to probably want a lot of water, since it rained a few days prior (when I took the picture). That’s a good thing, if I water all of my plants every time this gets droopy, I think they will be thankful for it. I’m not the best gardener, though I do enjoy it quite a bit.
