This is beautiful. “Fear not those without papers, but those without conscience.” That says it all right there. Us Minneapolis residents DO NOT WANT THIS. It is NOT MAKING US SAFER. I am so livid and feel a sense of despair. But I hope the tide turns and these b*stards get out of our city soon.
