Duh…
I mean, I totally knew this about myself….
You Scored an A |
It’s pretty obvious that you don’t make basic grammatical errors. If anything, you’re annoyed when people make simple mistakes on their blogs. As far as people with bad grammar go, you know they’re only human. And it’s humanity and its current condition that truly disturb you sometimes. |
The It’s Its There Their They’re Quiz
Thanks, Mom, for correcting my grammar all of the frikkin’ time, so that I don’t even know the rule or why something is right or isn’t, I just KNOW it, deep down in my soul. (That wasn’t sarcastic…really, thanks.)
Too bad spelling doesn’t work that way…

I got an A as well. But I have been known to make a mistake or two from time to time 🙂
Happy Thursday!

I haven’t taken the quiz yet (it’s too early in the morning), but I’m not sure if this is accurate:
“If anything, you’re annoyed when people make simple mistakes on their blogs.”
Maybe you are, but you don’t really show it. 🙂

No, it doesn’t bother me when people make simple mistakes on their blogs…because it happens to all of us. 😉

I got an A too. I was a bit surprised considering I just woke up 30 minutes ago and then took the quiz. 🙂

It bothers me when I see mistakes on other blogs. And when I catch them on my own posts, I’ll edit them out, no matter how old the post is.
Gina
It bothers me when I see it on blogs, but unless it is a habitual thing, I just figure the person was typing too fast!

I got an A, but I totally give you credit for that!
I swear, I didn’t REALLY know the rule about its and it’s until you talked about it.

Thank you, Deardle Heart. And we can thank Grandma and Great Grandma and their mothers ad infinitum. It pays to be descended from school teachers.

I got 10 out of 10! Woot. I don’t mind when other people make mistakes on their blogs, but I hate it when I catch an error on mine. Like Riley, if I spot one, I go back and correct it, no matter how old the post is. Glad I’m not the only one.

i’m pretty good with grammar, but am by no means an expert. too tedious! especially when we live in such an “anything goes” society. i am bothered by dangling partciples, but proper usage of prepositions often sounds stuffy.

I got an A as well. My mother stressed correct grammar and pronunciation – not always popular here in the south.

Ten out of ten. I can still spell but I confess my grammar becomes sloppy from time to time.

Wow, I make mistakes all the time. I am always impressed when I know people like you.
