According to weather.com, it’s 102 outside. According to the National Weather Service, it’s 96. It feels more like 96 to me than 102, but I suspect 102 gets more sympathy than 96, so I’ll go with the Weather Channel on this one.
Hey, at least it’s a dry heat, right?

Hello Frozen Yogurt!
Stay cool! 😉

I follow a few people on twitter who live in N California and I’ve been hearing about it. Those temps are unusual for us in the NC.

Starshine, I like the way you think!
Joan, these temps aren’t unusual for us in July or August, but May? Crazy. And in NC, you have a lot of humidity, right? 100 degrees with humidity would SUCK.

My heart pounded when I saw that number… I could feel my palms start sweating and panic begin…
Then I read “it’s Dry Heat”, and calmed back down.

J., I’ll be RIGHT THERE!!!! I’m freezing in NE Ohio. We’re lucky to reach 60. I had my heater on all day in my classroom. And the morning temps are in the 40s. We just cannot warm up. I haven’t had short sleeves on since September.

Can you imagine these temps in Philly?

Yowza. I thought you were joking, but it says right here in the comments that this is the truth. Enjoy?
