I found this picture at …a roam to Roam, a blog I found through NaBloPoMo, along with a yummy and sad recipe for apple dumplings.

I love that! I’m going to send it to family and friends. I think as a country, we’ve HAD IT!

It’ll be another year of “this” America. Let’s hope the next administration reads this letter and brings us back to “that” America.

That brought tears to my eyes. I like to think we are changing…that people are realizing all we have given up under this administration (one of my husband’s last “successes” in life was to convert two of his Christian coworkers into anti war independents who promised not to single issue vote), but I worry that it is too late.

Like Laura, I too wonder if it’s too late, on many fronts. (on November 1, 2004, I was really optimistic; not so much two days later…)
Today I saw a bumper sticker that read: “At least the war on the environment is going well.” And it made me laugh, but nearly cry at the same time.

Amen to that. Love this and might borrow it if that’s okay.
I’m liking the idea of Wordless Wednesday…..we might need all the help we can get with ideas in November, huh?
Have a good night.
Farfallina... a roam to Rome!
You don’t know how happy I am you posted this 🙂 It would be beautiful to see it in many, many more blogs!
Hopefully, it’s not too late… Grazie!

Very sad. Very true. Hate that it’s true.
