Returning from my morning walk with Mulder, ready to start the work day.

4. What were you doing 45 minutes ago?
Watching ‘The Crown’

5. What is your favorite candy bar?
Varies. I especially like Baby Ruth, Snickers, M & M (Peanut), Take 5, and Pepperment Patty.

6. Have you ever been to a strip club?
I take the 5th.

Stop it.

8. What is your favorite ice cream?
Cherries Jubilee (Baskin Robbins)

9. What was the last thing you had to drink?
French wine

10. Do you like your wallet?
I love love love my wallet. It was a gift from Maya for Christmas. I have a history of loving wallets, since maybe ’88 or ’89.

Dinner – pork chops, Brussels Sprouts, apple sauce, mushrooms

12. Did you buy any new clothes this weekend?
No

13. The last sporting event you watched?
Superbowl (I’m cheating…writing this ahead of time, but posting on Monday, so will have watched on Sunday – I hope the Niners won!)

Butter and salt

Maya

16. Ever go camping?
I have, but not lately. At my age, the idea of Glamping is much more attractive.

Occasionally.

No. No no no no no. I sometimes think there is a lot of community and comfort there, and it would be a good idea. But I can’t manage to believe in a higher power, so that gets in my way.

Chinese some days, pizza others.

Not usually.

Stupid jokes we were telling.

Working. Getting the dog groomed. Getting Maya’s closet fixed. That will have to be a post in itself.

Everything. Nothing. Complicated question.

Our fireplace.

Cleaning the bathtub.

I think of my Australian friends, and then of my New Zealand friends.

Sunrise, Sunset…swiftly through the years…

Most of them, but by no means all.

Hate is a strong word, but yes. The world would be better without her.

Hmm. More often is ‘good morning’, but sometimes.

Always.

50. How did you get your worst scar?
? I don’t have any big ones. I had a little skin cancer (not the dangerous kind) on my chest, and the scar from removing that lasted awhile.
