CK, yes, we’re selling…we live in a 2 bedroom townhouse, and we’re hoping to upgrade to a 3 bedroom.

Gina, no bites yet…Sunday was our first open house. Unfortunately, Py and I went out on Sunday and saw a place that we LOVE, and is actually in our price range…but no contingency offers accepted, so we now have to bite our nails and wait and see what happens. Ted doesn’t have any nails to speak of, and mine are pretty thin, so we might have to start biting Maya’s nails next!
Best of luck. My experience has always been that just when I give up all hope for a sale, it all falls into place! So, I guess, taking this to its logical extreme, I’m telling you to be more pessimistic and all will be well!!! Oh, yeah, that’s great advice! 😉

We can only hope that the place we like stays on the market so we don’t get all depressed if it goes “Sale Pending” before our place sells.
The good news is that the brokers who toured our house today all said it will sell soon. I sure hope they are right. 🙂
