PI DAY!
I can’t believe I forgot. Last year at work we did a whole big Pi Day celebration with lots of Pie eating and math related humor.
I was thinking of making Shepard’s Pie tonight and now I totally HAVE to! — well I was also thinking of making Corned Beef, but maybe that will wait for Tuesday 🙂
Cherry, Shepard’s Pie was one thing we were considering, but we got lazy and bought pot pies to pop in the oven instead! Ted and Maya are having chocolate cream pie for dessert, but I prefer apple, so we found a single serve apple pie for me. 🙂

We celebrated Pi day also. I think we went out to 4 decimal places Saturday–at least that is what I use when working with Pi. In 2015 it will be 3.1415. Oh well, only we math nerds think about things like this. “Pi are not square, Pi are round.” 🙂

I don’t know why, but I’ve always loved Pi. 3.1415926535… That has got to be the coolest thing I ever learned in math class. ;p

Ben and Thomas made a yummy apple pie for us yesterday… It was very good with ice cream last night. And just as good for breakfast this morning. 🙂
