    Trying to get my mojo (and photos) together to finally post about our lovely trip to France. This was on our second full day there, in Brittany. I am not a big fan of crepes in the U.S., but was told on good authority that THIS was the place to get them. So I did. It’s a buckwheat crepe, very thin, with Gruyere, ham, tomato, and egg. Delicious. I don’t know if I will eat crepes anywhere else, but I would certainly eat them here again.
