Ted is a Good Sport

So for years, whenever I make a batch of cupcakes, Ted likes to amuse the family by cramming a whole cupcake into his mouth. It’s amazing. Today, Maya went to a birthday party, and brought home a HUGE cupcake for Ted, and double dog dared him to shove the whole thing in his mouth. He’s a pretty good sport, so he went for it.
WARNING…if you’re eating or drinking anything while watching this video, it may end up all over your computer screen.

Great effort, Ted! I think that volume of cake and frosting requires simultaneous biting, chewing, and swallowing, though. Sort of like chugging beer, only with a solid …

I like Ted’s style…a little contemplation, readying of the troops, then go go go! Mission (nearly) accomplished!

Oh My God! That was gross! I almost laughed out loud too – it’s the way he just suddenly went for it!

Oh my goodness! Maya is all grown up! How did that happen?!
And Ted is TOO funny! Has he recovered yet?

What a hoot!
I love Maya’s reaction and how Ted just went for it. I think he missed all the frosting though

You can always tell the Serious Athlete when he TAKES OFF HIS GLASSES. What a man. Keep that one, J.

That was cute when Ted took off his glasses. And I’m glad he didn’t end up in the emergency room.

See, it’s this kind of good sportsmanship that stops me from wanting to have kids.

Chrissy, yes, that’s Maya laughing! I couldn’t see what was going on. When I looked at the video, though, I totally cracked up. Not surprisingly, after dinner tonight, Ted said, “No dessert for me…”

LOL!!! Oh my goodness! I laughed so hard, I almost cried! J, I love your family! Too cute! Was that Maya laughing in the video? Her laugh is contagious! Love it! xo
P.S. Jimmy, get yourself a rice cooker! I just got one for a friend of mine. He’s a single dad and does not know how to cook rice. Being the good friend I am (LOL!) I got him a rice cooker and went to his house to show him how to cook rice. We were chatting and the kids were playing and I said, “Oh, hey! Your rice is cooked!”. He was SHOCKED! He said, “I didn’t have to stir it or watch it?!” Nope. Oh, and the rice cooker I got him was a Black and Decker one and it was $19.99. I didn’t get him anything fancy. Just something simple for him and his 2 yr old son.

Jimmy, I had to go check out Chrissy’s rice cooker recipes, and now I think we’re having one of those dishes this week. YUM!

Lordy!!! I’ve got to quit visiting blogs when I’m hungry? Just left Chrissy’s blog with her rice cooker and mouth watering recipes, and now Ted has me wanting desert!
You’re a great sport Mr Ted!
