I wonder if the pancake that seemed underdone might have been better if the kitchen hadn't been rushed to get so much food out. Yours sounds much more exotic. I know she has been on national TV, but she's a local treasure. I always write down the restaurants -- but have only been to a few. I love when something in my town shows up (which is rare, we have only about 10 restaurants and most are pancake houses!) Thanks for reminding me, I think it's on tonight. Did you know Barack Obama was on Check Please years ago??? That made the news here!
